Why does the direct banking feed keep coming up with a request to upgrade the feed - all banking details are there.!

It's important that you'll be able to update your direct banking feed. 

What specific bank are you trying to download transactions to QuickBooks? This way, we can check if other users are also experiencing the same issue. 

In the meantime, you can download transactions from your bank. Here's how: 

1. Log in to your bank's website. 
2. Follow your bank's online process to download your transactions to your computer. 
3. Choose the .CSV file. 
4. Name the file you downloaded and save it in your computer. 

Once done, upload the file in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

1. Go to Banking from the left menu. 
2. From the Update drop-down menu, choose File upload. 
3. Click Browse and choose the .CSV file from your computer. 
4. Select Next. 
5. Click Let's go or Finish.
