I understand how seamless it would be to allow QuickBooks to download bank transactions automatically. Which bank are you trying to update? Are there any errors showing in QBO?
If you're bank feeds is not automatically downloading the bank feeds, let's click on the Update option in the Banking screen.
If you've been experiencing the same behavior for multiple times where your transactions does not automatically feed in QuickBooks Online without having to click the Update button manually. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team . That way, they can further check the connection in the background.
