Hello Nuhu-Daniel, you can share the reconciliation report in two ways: print it or export it to Excel for your supervisor to review the details, discrepancies, and adjustments.
Before we begin, could you please specify which product you are using: QuickBooks Online Advanced or QuickBooks Online Accountant? Although they follow the same process, it's helpful for us to know.
If you are using either the Advanced or Accountant version of QuickBooks, please follow these steps:
Go to the Reports menu, then click Standard reports.
In the search bar, type Reconciliation Reports, then select it.
Choose the Account for the reconciliation report you want to view.
From the Report period drop-down arrow, choose the reconciliation period.
Select View Report. If you want to print the report, click the Print icon located in the upper-right corner of the report.
However, if you want to export the report to Excel, you can manually export the data since the Reconciliation report in QuickBooks Online is one of the few reports that can't be directly exported to Excel.
Here's how:
Highlight the information in the report.
Right-click and copy the information.
Open Excel, right-click, and paste the information.
Adjust the column widths in the Excel report format to display all the information.
Once done, select Save.
