Hello there, sudeshni. Could you share more details about what's preventing you from performing your reconciliation? Is the Start reconciling button greyed out or unresponsive? Perhaps your beginning balance is incorrect, or you're getting a specific error message. These details will help me narrow down your concern and provide a tailored resolution. 

 

For the time being, if you see the Your beginning balance is off error, it typically means a previously reconciled transaction was edited or deleted. Clicking the We can help you fix it link will list the exact changes. You can then recreate any deleted items or revert edited ones to their original amounts. Next, manually mark these as reconciled by locating the transaction in your register. Click the field in the checkmark column repeatedly until the "R" status appears, which restores the reconciled state. On another note, if you find the Start reconciling button is greyed out or unresponsive, refreshing your browser and logging out, then back in, often resolves the issue.
