Let's get your bank transactions updated in Quickbooks Online (QBO), @sagardeepenterpr.
QBO relies on how your bank communicates with our system. Here are the possible reasons your account isn't updating entries in the program:
The bank is performing system maintenance.
There are messages, notifications, or alerts from their website that need your attention.
First, let's manually update your bank account to refresh its connection within the program. I'll guide you how.
Go to Banking from the left menu.
Select the blue tile for the bank account.
Choose Update.
If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the onscreen instructions.
Click Continue Update.
If the update doesn't work, I recommend signing in to their website to check if there are messages that need your attention. When everything looks good, perform another manual update.
Once downloaded, let's go to the For Review tab to categorise your transactions to ensure they're accurate. You can also match them to the existing entries to avoid duplicates.
