Welcome to the Community, @SHAKER ALI.

Yes, you can connect Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) to QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, the message you're seeing indicates that the current QBO plan you're using doesn't support international banking connections or multicurrency.

To proceed, you'll want to upgrade your subscription to either the Essentials, Plus, or Advanced version. You can explore our plans and pricing by clicking this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/upgrade. Please note that once you enable the multi-currency feature, it becomes a permanent setting and cannot be disabled.

If upgrading isn't an option for you, consider downloading your transactions from BisB in a CSV file format, then uploading them manually to the Bank transactions page.

  1. In the Bank transactions window, click the Link account dropdown arrow and select Upload from file.
  2. Click Upload from this device, then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, Continue.

  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
