Hi, quick. Before we can connect your bank, let's first check if it's supported in QuickBooks Online.

Go to Bank transactions and click Link account, then copy the bank's URL and paste it in the search box. If bank's not found, click on Request a provider, fill in the boxes and hit on Request. However, if your bank is supported in QBO, follow the same steps then click on the bank once found after searching it.

While waiting for the confirmation of your request, you can manually upload your transactions in QBO. Here's how:

  1. Go to Bank transactions, click on dropdown and select Upload from file.
  2. Select Drag and drop or select files, and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, select Continue.
  3. Choose the account in the Select account ▼ dropdown, then click Continue.
  4. Match the columns in the file. Then select Continue.
  5. Select the transactions you would like to import. Then select Continue.
  6. Select Yes, then select Done.
