Can I link my business bank account without an iBB user? I bank with the AIB and only have a registration number.

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community!

If you'd like to use the online banking feature, you'll need to have your online banking credentials  (User ID/Password) rather than just your registration/account number. 

However, you can create a chart of accounts and then manually upload the transactions as a work around.
