These steps are correct, and usually, users will see the button that says Request support for your bank. They can just click on it, enter the bank name (without the .com) and its web address, and then click on Request.

Our Online Banking team will contact their bank, hoping they will provide a connection feed to QuickBooks. The more requests from the bank's clients, the greater the chance that their bank will provide a banking feed.

In the meantime, a user can download bank transactions in a Web connect file to upload them into QuickBooks. After that, they can match and categorize them, and then reconcile their account.
