I'll here to make sure you can connect your Siam bank into QuickBooks Online, contact108.

 

There are a few reasons why you're unable to connect your bank to QBO:

  • Your bank has multiple names on our lists.
  • Your bank doesn't connect to all types of accounts (for example personal accounts vs. business accounts).
  • Your bank isn't a participating financial institution.

Once you've confirmed the required details, and still unable to find your bank, we'll need to use the Request support your bank option and ask us to add your bank. Please follow the steps:

  1. When we enter our bank and click Find, we'll get the message: Hmm, we can't find Siam Commercial bank on the list of supported bank.
  2. Click the Request support for your bank button.
  3. Enter the name of your bank in the field provided.
  4. Select Request.

In the meantime, you can use the WebConnect feature to download transactions from your bank's website into QuickBooks Online.
