Hello there, mybq.

There are different reasons why we can't recognize your bank. It could be that:

  • you entered an incorrect spelling of the bank.
  • your bank uses a different URL.
  • your bank is not yet supported in QuickBooks.

We can do a few things so we can attempt to connect your bank. You can follow the details steps in this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking.

If you have confirmed that the bank is not yet supported in QBO, you can click Request support for your bank. On the other hand, there is no timeline on when the request will be approved. This process depends on the agreement between Intuit and your bank. Once this is approved, you can already connect your bank account.

Temporarily, you can ask a CSV file from your bank that contains your bank transactions. We can import this file in QuickBooks so you can categorize the transactions.

With that, you can already manage your transactions.

Feel free to drop by if you need anything else. Have a great day!
