You can go to the Banking or Transactions menu to add your bank account. This way, QuickBooks we'll be able to automatically download your recent bank transactions. I'll show you how:
Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
Select the Banking tab.
If this is your first time connecting, click Connect Account on the landing page. If you've already connected one, select Add account or Link account.
Search for your bank, then select Continue.
Enter the username and password you use for your bank's website in the window, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Choose the bank account you want to connect, then select the matching account type from the drop-down menu.
Set how far back you want to download transactions.
