Hi there, Sharon. There are several ways of transferring data to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, depending on it is data is currently stored.
If you're transferring from another QBO account, you can use the Exportdata feature in your old account and then import the file to the new one.
Here's how to export your data:
Log in to your old QBO account.
Go to Settings and in the TOOLS column, choose Export data.
Set the date from the pre-selected date ranges dropdown under the Reports tab.
Turn the switch on or off to add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs.
Select Export to Excel, then hit OK to confirm.
Save the exported file to your computer.
