If your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account is still 60 days or less, let's utilize the purge option to delete the data. This function is only available in Essentials, Plus, and Advanced versions.
Before we start, I recommend exporting all of the transactions, name lists, or reports to keep a copy of your company information for future use. Next, perform these steps to wipe your data.
Head to the Data & Privacy menu on the left of the page and select Delete to view more options.
In the Data privacy screen, choose the appropriate reason from the list and tap the Continue button to proceed.
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
Requests can take up to 90 days. During this time, don’t create a new Intuit Account using the same email address, or the new data may also get deleted.
