Hello there, Tim. The steps you’re following to switch companies apply to a browser. If you're using the mobile app, you can do so by clicking the switch icon located next to the settings in your menu dashboard.
If the switch option isn't appearing in your browser, use incognito mode. Technical glitches sometimes cause browsers to load outdated pages, preventing the system from working properly.
