Your first deposit can take up to 5 business days while QuickBooks sets up and verifies your merchant account. After that, your credit card payments will be deposit more quick, typically within two business days.

You can also Find Payments fund status with Digital Assistant to get an update on funds from your most recent paid invoices in QuickBooks Online.
