Just a heads up, you may be having issues in connecting Kotak Bank to your QuickBooks Online. The bank's website is using Google-captcha, a security service that protects websites from fraud and abuse.
Kotak bank is not yet ready to whitelist QuickBooks Online IP address for Google-captcha authentication. Therefore Kotak bank users are unable to connect their bank to QuickBooks Online. Once the financial institution allows our IP address to pass Google security, everything will be fine.
Another way to bring in the bank transactions to QuickBooks is to upload them. All we need is a file from Kotak Mahindra Bank.
