First, log in to your QBO using a private window. It doesn't use the existing cache files to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Feel free to use either of these keyboard shortcuts depending on your browser:
If the issue persists, we can consider the reasons why you're unable to link the bank. Those are:
Your bank has multiple names on our list. Ensure you've selected the correct listing or have tried all possible links. Search by the banking sign-in URL to ensure you use the accurate listing.
Your bank does not connect to all types of accounts (for example, personal accounts vs. business accounts).
Your bank isn't a participating financial institution.
