Hi there, @gymnasticrgclub-. I'm here with some information about connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
When searching, make sure the spelling is as it appears on your bank's website. You can also enter the bank's URL. If your bank isn't listed, it may not be currently supported.
If you have tried all the options matching your bank's name and still can't connect, I suggest requesting support for your bank to help establish a one-way connection with QBO.
Here's how:
Go to Banking and select Banking.
Select Add account.
Search for the name of your financial institution. Click the Still can't find your bank? link.
Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided and select Request.
