Hello there, Saxoncohen.

To begin, I would like to confirm whether your previous reconciliation was successfully completed. If it is incomplete or contains discrepancies, it could potentially impact the current reconciliation process.

In QBO, it is important to resolve any issues in prior reconciliations before starting a new one, as financial reconciliation is a cumulative process that relies on accurate previous records. You may want to consider redoing the previous reconciliation to ensure accuracy and maintain the integrity of your financial data.

You can also customize the date range by filtering the dates, ensuring that it does not include older transactions.

Here's how:

  1. From the Reconciliation page.
  2. Click on the funnel icon located above the Date menu in the reconciliation feed.
  3. Customize the date range by selecting the "From" and "To" options.

If you have any additional questions or concerns about QuickBooks, please reach out to us again. We’re always here to assist you.
