Let's try using your bank's URL to verify if QuickBooks supports it or not. You can get the URL by logging in to your bank's website, copying the URL, and then pasting it into the search field.
If it still does not belong on the list, you can request support from your bank.
Go to Transactions, then select Bank Transactions.
Select Connectaccount.
Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, scroll down and click Still can't find your provider?.
Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.
