I don't have the option to undo a reconciliation though I am using the accountant account. Already unreconciled each transaction but the beginning balance is still off.

Let's make sure you'll be able to utilize the undo feature and fix your beginning balance right away.

You should have the option to undo the entire reconciliation since you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant. To undo reconciled transactions, we'll have to open your client's company file from your QBOA account. This article will guide you through the process. If you still don't have the option to undo them, I'd recommend we can access your account in a private browser. 

• Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
• Control + Option + P (Safari)

f it works, we can return to our default browser and clear the cache to refresh the system. If it persists, try using other supported browsers.  

If this is an incorrect balance, let's make sure that there are no missing entries. Then, we can follow the steps below to edit it.

1. Go to the Accounting menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Locate the account, then go to the Action column and select Account history.
3. Find the opening balance entry. Tip: If you've got the Date column sorted from newest to oldest, the opening balance entry may be at the end of the list.
4. Select the opening balance entry.
5. Edit the amount. Tip: If you're not able to edit the amount directly on this screen, in some cases you can edit by selecting Edit.
6. Select Save.
