Question

I have received a payment 4 days ago. It’s showing up on my bank that it has gone through. It won’t let me record the payment. Any ideas why?

    To clarify, what is the reason that it won't let you record the payment in QBO? (Doesn't load the page, blank screen, error message, etc.) Any additional information can be helpful to us when reviewing your issue and giving you the best solution.
