Hello, @Emeritus-Global-LLC. Linking your bank account to QuickBooks Online will only take a few steps and I can guide you through the process.
Before you start, please have your User ID and Password for your bank's website ready.
Here's how to connect your bank account:
Navigate to the All apps menu in the left navigation pane.
From the Accounting section, choose Bank transactions.
Select the green Connect account button. If you have already connected an account, select the Link account option in the upper right of your screen.
Search for your bank by name or URL.
Enter the login credentials you use for your bank's website, then click Continue.
Follow the remaining on-screen steps to connect.
After connecting, QuickBooks automatically downloads your recent transactions. You can review, categorize, and add them to your books in the Bank transactions tab.
