Hi there, @psaeed934. To help us narrow this down, did you encounter an error message while trying to connect your bank with QuickBooks Online (QBO)?

In the meantime, you can check your bank's website to see if any scheduled maintenance is affecting the sync.

If everything appears normal on your end, click the Refresh button on the Bank Transactions page.

When relinking your account, try pasting your bank's login URL directly into the search bar instead of typing the bank's name.

After that, verify that your bank connection is functioning properly.
