Did you mean by ING instead of INv? Our support have received similar reports of this case and I recommend to contact them as well.

2. Select QuickBooks Online product and click Continue.
3. Select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:

• Get a callback from the next available expert.

Once your ING bank is connected to QBO, you can consider setting up bank rules to categorise online banking transactions automatically in QuickBooks Online.
