For some reason, you will see multiple bank names for your financial institution in QuickBooks Online. If you haven't tried the other options matching your bank's name, the steps are sure to help you get your bank connected to QBO:
Go to the Banking on the left panel.
Within the Banking tab, click Add account.
Enter your website's URL. I recommend doing this to make sure you select the correct bank website. A new window opens for the bank's website.
If you access the account successfully, sign out of the financial institution's website and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online. Follow the on-screen instructions in connecting your bank account.
On the other hand, if you can't connect your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online, let's update your bank manually to refresh the connection between QuickBooks and your financial institution. Here's how:
Go to the Banking tab.
Select the blue tile at the top for the bank account you want to update.
Click the Update button. If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions.
