Hi Simon, since you're unable to connect your AIB bank to QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Live Support team. They have the tools to conduct a detailed review of your account, identifying the root cause of the problem and guiding you through the appropriate steps to resolve it.

Here's how to connect with them:

  1. Navigate to the Help (?) menu.
  2. In the Search field, enter a brief description of your concern.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
  • Start a Chat with our live expert
  • Get a Callback from our live expert

In the meantime, you can manually import your bank data into QuickBooks Online. Please refer to this guide for step-by-step instructions: Manual upload transactions.

If you have additional questions, please add a comment below. We're here to ensure you get the most out of our service.
