Before we can proceed further, I need additional details about your concern. If you want to record payments to a credit card from your bank, follow the steps below:

1. Click the + New menu.
2. Select Pay down credit card.
3. Choose the correct credit card you made the payment to. 
4. Enter the payment amount and date. 
5. Pick the bank account you paid the credit card with.
6. Tap I made a payment with a cheque if that's the case.
7. Utilize the Memo and attachments if you want to include notes and attachments.
8. Hit Save and Close.
