My transactions on QuickBooks, where is my money going? How long does it take for me to get my money?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope you're doing well today. 

QuickBooks Online typically deposits customer payments into your bank account within 2 business days for credit cards and ACH, provided transactions are processed before 3 PM PT. Initial payments may take up to 5 business days for account setup. 

You can check your deposit speed using the steps I'm including below: 

1. Click on the Gear Icon, then select Account and settings.
2. Tap on the Payments tab.
3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

You can also use QuickBooks Online or the Merchant Service Center to check the status of deposits, along with the status of a specific payment within a deposit. Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to All apps, then Sales & Get Paid, then QuickBooks payouts.
3. Choose the bank deposit you want to review.
