Taxes-record refund... i can see the refund amount in the bank account (debit)...where is the credit ?

You'll want to go to the Taxes menu and select Payments. There, you can find the credit.

Also, ensure you've recorded the tax payment for the credit to show. If you haven't, you can follow these steps below.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu.
2. Select Payments then Record payment.
3. Click the name of the bank account used at the top.
4. Enter the payment date and the amount.
5. Select Save and close.
