I'll share information to resolve your login concerns. However, I'm unable to call you in the Community.

If you're getting a message saying your credentials are incorrect, you can click on I forgot my user ID or Password. Then, enter your phone number, email, or user ID and click Continue. This will let you send codes to your phone or send an email with instructions to reset your credentials.

If you can't reset your credentials, please contact our Support team. They can pull up your account in a more secure environment and help you with your credentials. However, they are already closed right now. They'll be back tomorrow from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, IST.

1. Follow this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact
2. In the upper right-hand corner, change the product and flag to QuickBooks Online and India respectively.
3. Choose the Managing you account main topic and User Access sub-topic.
4. Scroll down and click on Start a message.
