If you're getting a message saying your credentials are incorrect, you can click on I forgot my user ID or Password. Then, enter your phone number, email, or user ID and click Continue. This will let you send codes to your phone or send an email with instructions to reset your credentials.
If you can't reset your credentials, please contact our Support team. They can pull up your account in a more secure environment and help you with your credentials. However, they are already closed right now. They'll be back tomorrow from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, IST.
