Hi there, info2397. Have you tried searching the bank by different name variation (like "ClearBank" without the space, or just "Clear Bank")? Sometimes the bank is listed but under a slightly different name than expected.
If your bank is not on the list, it means your bank is currently not supported by QuickBooks. To resolve this, you need to submit a request support for your bank.
Go to Bank transactions and click Link account, then copy the bank's URL and paste it in the search box. Click on Request a provider, fill in the boxes and hit on Request.
