When I try generating a statement it doesn't show up recent deposits but it shows all invoicing activity. It shows Txn's till Nov but misses out all deposits after that.

Hi Adithya-Enterprises, a customer statement can be generated using 3 options - Balance Forward, Open Item and Transaction Statement. Please try using the Balance Forward and/or Transaction Statement options when generating the statement and you should be able to see transactions that record receipt of money.

Also, when recording deposits that were not received against an invoice, do ensure that you select Accounts Receivable in the Account dropdown accompanied by the customer's name in the Received From dropdown.
