Why hasn't my money gone through yet? Can I find out? How much longer do we have to wait?

    Hello there, Mavlon. If this is one of your first payments or is a significantly larger amount than you typically receive, we hold the funds for five business days while they verify the transaction for your safety against fraud.

     

    We can double-check its status from time to time by signing into the Merchant Service Center.

     

    Follow the steps below:

     

    1. Choose Activity & Reports > Deposits.
    2. Select the date range and click Search.
    3. View Status column: Funded (completed) or Withheld/Batch Deposit Returned (delayed/issue).

     

    If your status shows as Funded, the delay is likely with your bank. Some banks may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to post the funds to your account.

     

    However, if you haven't received them yet, we can check your email's Notifications inbox, including the spam folder. Intuit usually sends an email if they require additional information from you before releasing the funds.
