There are numerous reasons why you're unable to find your bank when you search it in Quickbooks. It could be one of these following:
The spelling is incorrect. Make sure to verify the spelling matches as it appears on your bank's website.
Incorrect bank URL. Log in to your bank's website and ensure you can access your account. Then, copy the URL link and paste it to search your bank in QBO.
Your financial institution has multiple bank names or might have different types of accounts but choose to release one website for connection to QuickBooks Online.
Your bank isn't supporting QuickBooks. You'll want to request support from your bank.
