However, if transactions don't automatically download, there may be issues with the connection of your bank into QuickBooks Online. We can fix this by manually updating the bank account between two to three times. It'll refresh the connection and can resolve bank problems. I'm here to guide on how to do this.
Go to the Banking menu on the left pane.
Hit the pencil icon beside the account name.
Click Edit sign-in info.
Enter your bank login credentials.
Press Update.
