A transaction was categorized in the wrong currency. I need it changed but I cannot reach out to support. Can you contact me?

As this is a public forum, we don’t have access to your personal details and are unable to contact you directly. Please use the Get a callback feature within QuickBooks to have an agent call you instead.

 

Regarding your main concern about a transaction categorized in the wrong currency, please note that QuickBooks Online doesn't allow editing the currency after a transaction is saved.

 

To fix it, delete or void the entry and ensure the customer or vendor profile is configured with the correct currency before re-entering the transaction.
