Can QBO create an ACH American Standard file for the bank?

It's vital that you're able to pay employees and suppliers the amount they are owed. QuickBooks Online can connect to a variety of different services via apps to import and export various information. I can provide some information about QuickBooks Online and ACH files.

While QuickBooks Online can't export or create ACH files by itself. There may be an app available that can connect to QuickBooks Online to create ACH files. You can look for these apps that can connect to QuickBooks by navigating to the Apps section of your QuickBooks account. 

I can see how being able to create these files directly from Quickbooks would be a feature that can help you with your transactions. I recommend you leave feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in this section are taken into consideration when designing new features for QuickBooks Online. I'll pass your feedback on my end as well.
