Does QBO automatically create bank accounts? In what instance would this happen? This is our first time to make Plooto payments and it created a separate bank account.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online automatically sets up the chart of accounts, based on the information provided when setting up your Company.  I'd be happy to provide more insight here!

Although QuickBooks initially sets up some of the standard accounts, it will automatically create additional accounts when you take certain actions in your books.  For more information, click here.  Connecting Plooto to QuickBooks Online enables you to sync bills, invoices, customers, suppliers and accounts.  I hope this helps.
