QuickBooks Online allows you to connect your bank and credit card account to the bank feed, which is an awesome way to save time with your bookkeeping. This feature is so convenient, and I want to make sure you're able to connect your account to take advantage of all QBO has to offer. I'll provide additional resources and more information that will help you connect your account.
If the issue persists, try using an Incognito window in Google Chrome. This is a private browsing mode that operates separately from the main browser, and it doesn't get impacted by stored cache and cookies. Here's more information about that and how to use it: Browse in Private. You should also try using multiple different browsers to get things back on track.
