HiCan i know is there any log created in quickbooks??In our system, one entry of bank A/c1123 dated 31.03.2021 has been changed. How do we know how & when it changed?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online understands how concerning it can be when items are edited or removed, as this can cause a negative impact in other areas of your books.  I'd be happy to help you locate the history, so you can move forward with your daily bookkeeping goals!

To locate transaction details, you'll want to go to > Settings ⚙ and then Audit Log, located under Tools.  Use the ▼ dropdown menu to select the User, Date Changed and the Events.  This should do it for you!
