Depending on the money movement of your business, you can set-up Customers for money-in or Suppliers for money-out. If your tenant is a source of income, I recommend having him/her set up as a customer in your account. To do that, simply go to Sales> Customers> New Customer and this will present a form for you to fill out. Once you have all the necessary information, click on Save. I also encourage you to talk to your accountant to make sure your books are properly set up for your business needs. If you don't have an accountant, you can find one on our Find-a-Proadvisor website
