How do I deactivate my account

I'm sad to see you go, but I know how important it is to find the right fit with your bookkeeping software. QuickBooks Online was built to make your accounting simple by using powerful features, and cancelling your subscription is just as easy. I'll be happy to guide you through it.

You can cancel your subscription in just a few quick steps:

1. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and Settings.
2. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
3. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
4. Select Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
5. Follow the next steps.
6. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
7. Select Got it.
