Hi there,
 

Thanks for reaching out. Having the flexibility to delete and manage your files in QuickBooks Online is very important. I'll be happy to walk you through the steps on how to delete a bank statement that has been downloaded in your account. Here's how to do that.
 

  1. Go to the Accounting menu and select the Reconcile tab
  2. Select History by account
  3. Look for the statement
  4. Select Attachment in the Statements column to open the statement
  5. Click on the Trash icon and then Delete 

This will remove the attachment from your QuickBooks Online account.
