How do I delete my account?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online is a great cloud-based Accounting software program that allows you to take care of all your bookkeeping needs from anywhere on any device.  If there's anything we can assist you with, to ensure you're comfortable using the software, we'd love to help!  

If there's underlying circumstances for which you need to cancel your subscription for the time being we've got you covered!  QuickBooks Online has a one year window from the time you cancel an account, where you'll still have access to your data, before it's completely deleted.  At anytime after the date of cancellation, you decide to come back and pick up where you left off, you'll just sign into your account in the usual fashion, go the the Gear icon in the top right corner, click on Account and Settings and then Billing and Subscription to resubscribe.  If you'd like to proceed to cancel your account at this time, follow this link.
