How do I delete my QuickBooks account?

Running your business with QuickBooks Online saves you time and effort, all while keeping you organized. I know that your business needs are ever evolving, and while I'd love to see you stick with us here at QuickBooks, I know you have to make the right decision for you and your company. 

To cancel your subscription, follow these simple steps:

1. Log into your account at qbo.ca.

2. Click the Gear icon. 

3. Select Account and Settings.

4. Click Billing and Subscription. 

5. Select Cancel Subscription. 

Easy as that. You'll have 365 days of read-only access from the day of cancellation, after which time the account will be permanently deleted from the servers. I hope this helps get you back on track.
