Reconciliation is an important step in your business bookkeeping. Reconciling your accounts ensures that QuickBooks Online is up-to-date with what you see in your real-life bank account. It's essential to complete your ongoing reconciliation before moving on to the next one. I'd be happy to explain why you're seeing "Resume reconciling", and what the next steps are.
If you click the Gear icon > Reconcile, and you see a big green button that says Resume reconciling, this means that you haven't completed this month's reconciliation yet. Simply click Resume reconciling to get back to the transaction review screen, and complete the reconciliation. Once the difference equals zero, click the drop-down menu that says Save for later, and select Finish now.
