Reconciliation is an essential part of running a small business. Managing your bookkeeping means that you'll need to keep a close eye on your data entry, and reconciling your account regularly ensures you're not going to miss anything. If you're having trouble viewing all of the columns on your screen, I'll explain how to adjust that.
You're able to adjust the column width on your reconciliation screen by hovering over each column divider, then using the click-and-drag method with your mouse. You can make some columns narrower to include more information on your screen.
Another option will be to minimize the text size on the screen so you can review more data at once. This is done by clicking "Ctrl -" on your keyboard. To resize the screen back to the usual zoom, just click "Ctrl +".
I hope this helps get you back on track. If you're still in need of assistance, please reach out to our tech support team so an agent can take a closer look at what's happening.
Have a great day.
