How do you unlink the app with bank account?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online has the versatility you need for managing your bank accounts with peace of mind.  I'd be happy to provide more information so you're able to reach your QuickBooks goals!

The QuickBooks app does have some limitations to what you can access.  However, you can open your account from a web browser and perform the steps to unlink your bank account.

Here's how to disconnect an account:

1. Open Banking or Transactions from the left menu

2. Click on the tile for the account you'd like to remove

3. Select the Edit ✎ icon and then Edit account info

4. Choose Disconnect this account on save

5. Hit Save and close
